Welcome to Moonshot's Rip & Ship live stream battle ordering page. The battles you sign up for on this page will get opened live on YouTube by Lance Cothern or Queen Honey, hosts of the Moonshot Rip & Ship streams. You may also want to check out packs you can have opened on the stream.
After you place an order for a battle on this page, we will wait until the battle fills. Once the battle fills, the battle will get added to the end of the current schedule for the current live stream (if one is ongoing) or the next live stream. If the battle does not fill within 14 days, your money will be refunded to you.
Battles will allow you to keep the cards you open from your packs in the battle. You may be competing for a prize or prizes based on the battle description using the converted mana cost (mana value) of all rares and mythics within the packs you open. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by using the collector number of the lowest numbered rare or mythic in the main set each person opened. If this is a tie, we move to the next lowest collector number and so on.
Currently, we stream battles almost every Monday and Thursday. We start at 8:30 PM Eastern Time with occasional special stream days. If you have any questions, we'd love to hear from you. Contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Complete battle rules are as follows:
- Rip & Ship by Moonshot has final ruling in all matters.
- You may only sign up for one spot per battle.
- If you are playing in a battle where the winner gets entry into another battle you may not enter additional qualifying rounds.
- You get to keep the cards you open unless you choose a shipping option that doesn't include all cards.
- Shipping is in addition to battle pricing.
- The highest mana value of all rares and mythics and lowest mana value of all rares and mythics would win stated packs in each battle.
- Lands have no mana value
- X = 0
- If a card with suspend has no value in the top right corner, it has 0 mana value
- Dual faced cards count both sides
- Foils count as their printed rarity
- Phyrexian mana counts as 1 per Phyrexian mana
- Cards with adventures count both the card’s CMC and the adventure spell cost
- List cards count at printed rarity
- All Time Spiral Remastered old border cards count as rares
- If there is a tie, the person with the rare or mythic with the lowest card set number (ie 1/250) from the main set wins the tiebreaker. If this is a tie, next lowest and so on.
