Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Sports Cards, and other trading card game (TCG) products or collectibles (due to daily market repricing).

  • Gift cards.

Refunds

If your order has not yet shipped, we will process a refund upon request. However:

  • Preordered items canceled before shipping will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Any orders placed using bots, scripts, or other violations of our Terms of Service will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check with your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@moonshotgamestore.com.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and replacement is subject to manufacturer approval.
To request an exchange, email orders@moonshotgamestore.com. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once received, we will issue an electronic gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are refunded, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Rip & Ship Refund Policy

Due to the live nature of our Rip & Ship streams:

  • No refunds are available once packs are opened.

  • If you need to cancel packs before the stream begins, email lance@moonshotgamestore.com.

  • Battles purchased but not started within 14 days of purchase may request a refund.
