Buy now, hold it free, and ship everything in one box when you’re ready. No storage fees — you decide when it ships.

What it is

A free way to park your purchases with us and receive them all at once. When you add an item to your Moonshot Locker, we hold it safe at our Noblesville or Plainfield store until you’re ready. Stack up singles, sealed product, and your Moonshot Rips pulls over days or weeks — then bring it home in a single shipment. There’s no storage fee, and nothing ships until you say so.

How it works

  1. Choose the Locker at checkout. On eligible items, pick “Add to my Moonshot Locker” instead of shipping now. Mix and match across as many orders as you like — it all collects in one Locker.
  2. We hold it safe. Your items are set aside and stored at your home store, in the condition they were sold (or opened, for Rips packs). They’re yours — just waiting on you.
  3. Sweep when you’re ready. Hit Sweep from your account and we ship your entire Locker in one shipment — or hold it for in-store pickup. One box, properly packed, no partial releases.

Free shipping & Auto-Sweep

Free shipping at $250. When your Locker’s value reaches $250 or more, your Sweep ships free. Under $250, you’ll see the shipping cost and confirm it before anything is processed.

Auto-Sweep (opt-in). Turn on Auto-Sweep and we’ll automatically ship your Locker — free — the moment it crosses $250. It’s entirely your choice: switch it on or off anytime in your account. If you never turn it on, nothing ships until you Sweep it yourself.

Pickup instead of shipping

Prefer to grab it in person? Choose pickup when you Sweep and we’ll have your Locker ready at your home store — nothing to pay, no shipping. We move items between stores weekly, so if something’s at the other location we’ll consolidate it for you first.

What can go in a Locker

Eligible: Magic, Pokémon & other TCG singles; sealed product; Karl’s Krazy Deals (KKDs); Moonshot Rips pulls (stream-opened packs); and general merchandise.

Not eligible: Pre-orders. They can take weeks or months to arrive, which doesn’t fit the Locker’s holding window — so pre-orders ship or become available for pickup on the normal schedule when they land in-store.

A few important things

Some items are final sale once in the Locker. Because their market value moves, TCG singles, sealed product, KKDs, and Moonshot Rips items are final sale once added to your Locker — no refund, exchange, or cancellation. Other categories follow our standard return policy, with requests made before you Sweep.

Adding an item to your Locker counts as buying it — it’s paid for and held in your care.

How long we hold it

Lockers have a holding window so storage stays sustainable. It runs per item, from the day each one is added.

  • Days 1–90: Held in your Locker, free. Sweep (ship or pickup) any time.
  • Day 90: Hold ends. The item moves to a 30-day Final-Pickup window — in-store pickup at your home store only.
  • Day 120: If still unclaimed, the item is considered abandoned. We’ll remind you well before this along the way.

We send reminders by email as each item approaches its hold-end and forfeit dates, so please keep your account email current.
