What Is the Moonshot Locker?

The Moonshot Locker is a free storage program that lets you purchase items from Moonshot Games and hold them at our warehouse until you're ready to receive everything at once. Whether you're building toward our free shipping threshold, stacking up pulls from Moonshot Rips, or just waiting for the right moment — your items stay safe with us, and you decide when they ship.

There is no storage fee. When you're ready, you trigger a Locker Sweep and we ship everything in your Moonshot Locker to you in one shipment.

Enrollment

Any Moonshot Games customer may opt into the Moonshot Locker program at checkout. By enrolling, you agree to these terms in full, including the expiration and abandonment provisions described below. These terms may be updated periodically; your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Adding Items to Your Moonshot Locker

At checkout, eligible items can be designated for your Moonshot Locker rather than immediate shipment. All product categories sold by Moonshot Games are Locker-eligible, including:

• TCG Singles (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and others)
• TCG Sealed Product
• KKDs
• Moonshot Rips items (packs opened on stream)
• General merchandise

Once an item is added to your Moonshot Locker, it is considered sold and in your care — stored on your behalf at our Noblesville or Plainfield stores. Items will be held in the condition they were sold (for singles and sealed product) or opened (for Moonshot Rips packs), with appropriate protective storage.

Locker Sweep — Getting Your Items

When you're ready to receive your items, you initiate a Locker Sweep. A Sweep ships your entire Moonshot Locker contents in one shipment — we do not offer partial releases or item-by-item fulfillment. This keeps your order complete, verified, and properly packed.

Shipping is paid at the time you trigger your Sweep, not when items are added to your Moonshot Locker. You will see your shipping cost and confirm before anything is processed.

In-store pickup is available. If you'd prefer to collect your Moonshot Locker in person, select that option when initiating your Sweep and we'll have everything ready for you at your Moonshot Locker destination. We do offer locker transfers, from one store to another, once per week.

Free Shipping & Auto-Sweep

Orders with a net Moonshot Locker value of $250 or more ship for free.

You may opt into Auto-Sweep, which automatically initiates a Locker Sweep — at no shipping charge — the moment your Moonshot Locker balance crosses the $250 free shipping threshold. You can enable or disable Auto-Sweep from your account settings at any time before the threshold is reached.

Returns & Refunds for Moonshot Locker Items

Many items held in the Moonshot Locker are subject to market price fluctuation and cannot be restocked at their original value. As a result, the following product categories are final sale once added to your Moonshot Locker and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or cancellation:

• TCG Singles
• TCG Sealed Product
• KKDs
• Moonshot Rips items (including stream-opened packs)
• Clearance Items

For all other product categories, standard Moonshot Games return and refund terms apply. Requests must be submitted before a Locker Sweep is initiated — once a Sweep is triggered, all items are considered fulfilled.

Item Condition & Storage

All items are stored at our Noblesville and Plainfield stores in the condition they were sold or opened. Singles are stored in appropriate protective sleeves or toploaders. We take reasonable care to preserve item condition during storage and handling. Moonshot Games is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes that may occur as a result of normal handling, or for market value changes that occur while items are held in your Moonshot Locker.

Moonshot Locker Expiration & Abandonment Policy

To keep our storage program sustainable for everyone, Moonshot Lockers are subject to a 90-day holding limit.

The 90-day period begins on the date each item is added to your Moonshot Locker and applies on a rolling, per-item basis. If items in your Moonshot Locker remain unreleased — through a Sweep, in-store pickup, or other resolution — for more than 90 days from their add date, those items are considered abandoned.

Abandoned items will not be refunded, credited, or returned. They will be donated to charitable organizations or redistributed at Moonshot Games' sole discretion. No compensation will be provided.

By enrolling in the Moonshot Locker program, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this provision as a condition of participation. This policy is necessary to manage physical storage capacity and is disclosed clearly at the time of enrollment.

Moonshot Games will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to notify you before expiration occurs (see Notifications below). However, failure to receive a notification — for any reason, including outdated contact information, email filtering, or delivery failure — does not extend the 90-day holding period or create any obligation for Moonshot Games to hold, refund, or compensate for items beyond that window. It is your responsibility to keep your account contact information current.

General Terms

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from participation in the Moonshot Locker program shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Program Changes or Discontinuation. Moonshot Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Moonshot Locker program at any time. If the program is discontinued entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and initiate a final Sweep for all active Moonshot Lockers. Shipping charges at the standard rate will apply to those final Sweeps.

Limitation of Liability. Moonshot Games' liability in connection with the Moonshot Locker program is limited to the original purchase price of items demonstrated to have been lost or damaged due to our gross negligence. We are not liable for market value changes, natural condition fluctuations during storage, or losses arising from expiration under these terms.
