Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: April 11, 2026
Our commitment
Moonshot Games is committed to making moonshotgamestore.com, our Moonshot Rips live streams, and our retail stores usable and welcoming for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the best friendly local game store experience should be available to all players, viewers, and customers.
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a box we check once. We work on it every time we ship a new feature, redesign a page, launch a new stream format, or reorganize the store.
Standards we target
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our baseline for moonshotgamestore.com. WCAG 2.1 AA is the widely recognized standard for modern web accessibility, and it's the one most often referenced in U.S. accessibility law and guidance.
We also try to apply accessibility thinking to our email communications, our live stream presentation, and the in-store experience wherever it's practical to do so.
What we're doing
Work we've completed or have in progress includes:
-
Semantic page structure and proper heading hierarchy on product, collection, and policy pages.
-
Alt text on product images.
-
Keyboard navigability for primary browsing and checkout flows.
-
Sufficient color contrast on key text, buttons, and interactive elements.
-
Support for screen readers on all core purchase flows.
-
Captions and/or transcripts for selected Moonshot Rips stream content where feasible. We're working toward broader caption coverage as our stream production grows.
-
Ongoing review as we add features, products, and new stream channels.
Third-party content
Some content on our site and in our streams is hosted or provided by third parties. This includes embedded video players, payment processors (Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal, and others), shipping calculators, and third-party live stream platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Whatnot. We encourage our partners to maintain strong accessibility practices, but we aren't able to directly control or guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality hosted by those services.
If you run into a third-party accessibility barrier while using Moonshot Games services, please let us know anyway. Even when we can't directly fix the upstream issue, we can usually work around it, offer you an alternate path, or escalate the problem to the third party on your behalf.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you run into a barrier on our website, in our emails, during a Moonshot Rips stream, or at our Noblesville store, we want to hear about it. We take accessibility feedback seriously and we'll do our best to respond quickly and resolve whatever's going on.
The fastest way to reach us:
-
Suggested subject line: "Accessibility feedback"
-
In person: 50 N. 9th St., Noblesville, IN 46060
When reporting an accessibility issue, it helps us sort things out faster if you can tell us:
-
The page URL, email, or stream you were on when the issue happened.
-
A description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
-
What assistive technology you were using, if any (screen reader, voice control, switch access, and so on).
-
Your preferred follow-up method (email, phone, in-person) and any communication preferences we should know about.
We'll confirm we got your message, let you know what we're doing about it, and follow up with a resolution or status update. If you'd rather do a phone call, a video call, or an in-person conversation instead of email, just say so in your message and we'll make it happen.
Accommodations for in-store visits and events
If you're planning to visit our Noblesville store or attend a Moonshot Games event and you'd like us to arrange an accommodation in advance, whether that's a quieter time window, seating adjustments, assistance navigating the space, or anything else, please reach out at least 48 hours before your visit and we'll do our best to make it happen. Our goal is for everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in the shop.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is never finished. We review this statement and our underlying practices on an ongoing basis and update both as we add features, find issues, and learn from customer feedback. If you have suggestions for how we could do better, even suggestions not tied to a specific bug, we'd love to hear them.
